Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

PrimeFarmSupply ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders $75 and above → Free Shipping
  • Orders under $75 → Flat rate $4.90

Estimated Shipping Time (excluding weekends/public holidays):

  • USA: 3–8 business days (tracking number provided)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days for order verification, packing, and logistics.
  • Shipping Time: Transit time once the carrier has picked up your order.

 
On average, orders are completed within 4–6 business days total (processing + shipping).
During holidays or sales, both processing and shipping may take slightly longer.
Order and shipping updates will be sent to you via email.

Delayed Delivery

Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, weather, or seasonal demand.

  • During holiday seasons (November–December) or promotional events, shipping may take longer.
  • If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed.

  • Processing Time usually begins within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (this includes order verification, packing, and transfer to the carrier).
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at primefarmsupply@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, your payment will be refunded. Please note that a payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) will be deducted from the refund.
👉 This fee is not imposed by PrimeFarmSupply, but rather charged by the credit card company or payment processor at the time your payment is authorized.
