Refund Policy

We understand that every farming and gardening need is unique, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used items (such as feed, fertilizers, or supplements) cannot be returned.
  • Exceptions: If a product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Supporting details (such as photos, order numbers, or product descriptions) may be requested to process your claim.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, PrimeFarmSupply will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days (up to 10 depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • Customer-initiated cancellations or returns (change of mind):
    • A non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) will be deducted from your refund.
    • Return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products:
    • A full refund will be issued with no fees deducted, and PrimeFarmSupply will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping fees (the cost to ship the product to you) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Items will be replaced only if defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • To request an exchange, please email primefarmsupply@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used items (e.g., feed, fertilizer, supplements, or chemical-based products), unless proven to be defective or unsafe.
  • PrimeFarmSupply may request supporting photos or documentation before approving any exception.

  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, order receipt, etc.)
